- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Process
If you receive a wrong article, wrong size, or a defective product due to an error from our side, the exchange will be processed after product verification.
- The customer is required to send the product back to our address at their own courier cost.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement free of delivery charges.
