Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Refunds are not available. We offer exchange only.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
  • No exchange on SALE or DISCONTINUED items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
If you receive a wrong article, wrong size, or a defective product due to an error from our side, the exchange will be processed after product verification.
  • The customer is required to send the product back to our address at their own courier cost.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement free of delivery charges.
Customer Preference Exchange
  • Exchanges requested due to size change, design change, or personal preference will include courier and handling charges.
  • If the correct ordered size is delivered but the fit is not suitable, it will be treated as a customer preference exchange.
Size Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is not available, you may:
  • Wait for restocking, or
  • Select an alternative article of equal value
    (Price difference, if any, will apply)
Doorstep Exchange
  • Doorstep exchange is available only in main cities and courier charges will apply.
  • Outside main cities, doorstep replacement will not be available.
  • In such cases, the customer must send the product to our address by paying courier charges.
  • Once the product is received and approved, a new article will be delivered to your address free of cost.
Walk-In Exchange
  • Customers may visit us for a walk-in exchange, subject to stock availability.
Processing Time
  • Exchanges may take 1–2 weeks to be processed and replaced, depending on product availability and courier logistics.
